About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Longview, operating from 33 Chaeng Watthana Road, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi 11120, Thailand. By booking or attending any session or workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

Nature of Our Services
Longview provides general information, education, and document organisation support. Our services are designed to help individuals and organisations become more familiar with pension-related paperwork and processes.
We do not provide financial advice, legal advice, actuarial advice, or any form of regulated professional consultation. Nothing communicated during our sessions, workshops, or written materials constitutes advice on entitlements, benefits, or personal financial matters.
Our services are:
- First-Steps Orientation — a general introductory session on organising pension paperwork.
- Organised-Together Workshop — a small-group session for sorting and labelling personal documents.
- Provider Process Advisory (B2B) — an operational advisory for organisations handling pension-related documents.

No Guarantee of Outcomes
We make no representations about the outcome of any pension application, claim, review, or administrative process. Participation in our sessions or workshops does not affect, accelerate, or influence decisions made by pension providers, government bodies, or any third party. Results depend entirely on circumstances outside our control.

Bookings and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from Longview. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any materials described in the service listing. Prices may change over time; the price applicable at the time of booking will be the price charged.
For B2B engagements, payment terms will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at +66 2 583 6927 or [email protected].
- Cancellation with more than 5 business days' notice: full credit or refund.
- Cancellation with 2–5 business days' notice: 50% credit toward a future session.
- Cancellation with less than 2 business days' notice: no refund, but rescheduling may be arranged at our discretion.
If Longview needs to cancel a session for any reason, participants will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.

Your Responsibilities
By participating in our services, you agree to:
- Treat facilitators and other participants with respect.
- Take personal responsibility for any decisions made following a session.
- Seek regulated professional advice where your situation requires it.
- Ensure the accuracy of any personal information you provide to us.

Intellectual Property
All materials provided during sessions and workshops — including printed roadmaps, folder kits, checklists, and written recommendations — are prepared by Longview for the personal use of the recipient. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Longview's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, or losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information shared in our sessions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy and Personal Data
We handle personal information in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data, and how to exercise your rights.
