Longview is an education and process navigation service based in Thailand. We provide general information and document organisation support related to pension paperwork. We do not provide regulated financial or legal advice.

2. What personal data we collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and respond to enquiries. This includes:

- Session registration details: name and contact information collected at the time of booking a session or workshop.
- Website usage data: collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 5 and our Cookie Policy).
Legal basis for processing (PDPA): Consent (enquiry form submissions); legitimate interests (improving our services); contractual necessity (session bookings). We do not process sensitive personal data as defined under PDPA.
Retention: Contact and session data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us. Website analytics data is retained for 14 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss which service may suit your situation.
- To confirm session bookings and provide session materials.
- To follow up after a session if you have indicated you welcome this.
- To improve our website and understand how it is used (analytics).
- To comply with applicable Thai legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making. We will only contact you about our services if you have enquired with us or explicitly consented to such communications.
4. Data sharing and third parties
We share data only as necessary:
- Service providers: We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. This service may place cookies on your device (see Cookie Policy). Google may process data outside Thailand.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by Thai law or regulatory authorities.
We do not share personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

- Right to restriction: request that we limit processing while a dispute is resolved.

- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

- Access to personal data restricted to authorised staff only.
- No retention of sensitive document content after sessions end.
- In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the PDPC as required by Thai law.

9. Children's privacy
