Our Story
A steady hand on the path through pension paperwork.
Longview was created for the people who feel lost in the paperwork — and for the families and organisations who support them. We exist to make things clearer, simpler, and a little less daunting.
Who We Are
Built around patience, not speed.
Longview came together in Nonthaburi after a simple observation: the people who most need to understand their pension paperwork are often the people who feel least comfortable asking for help. Older adults, in particular, are frequently overwhelmed by terminology, uncertain about what documents they need, and unsure who to turn to without paying for professional advice they may not require.
Our founders — a small group of educators and process consultants with backgrounds in adult learning and document management — set out to fill that gap. The goal was not to replicate what financial advisers offer, but to provide something genuinely different: clear, unhurried education and practical organisation support that helps people feel in control of their own paperwork.
Since opening our doors in Pak Kret, we have welcomed individuals, families, and organisations from across Greater Bangkok and beyond. Every session is shaped around the person in front of us — their pace, their language, their specific situation.
Our Mission
To make pension paperwork feel manageable for every person who walks through our door — through clear education, practical organisation, and genuine human care.
Our Values
Patience. Transparency. Dignity. We believe every person deserves to understand their own situation, at their own pace, without pressure.
Our Approach
General information and education only — never regulated advice. We are clear about this boundary, and it shapes everything we do.

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Every Longview session is shaped by principles that protect the people we serve and maintain the trust of those who refer to us.
Clear scope boundaries
We are explicit about what we offer and what we do not. General information and education only — we will always direct participants to appropriate qualified professionals when needed.
Participant data privacy
Any personal information shared during sessions is handled with care and in accordance with Thai data protection practices. We do not retain sensitive document content after sessions end.
Small group sizes
Workshops are kept deliberately small so every participant receives proper attention. No one is left behind or hurried through the material.
Accessibility first
Large print materials, plain language, and patient pacing are standard. We adapt to each participant's needs rather than expecting participants to adapt to us.
Written materials included
Every session produces a tangible, take-home resource — a printed roadmap, a labelled folder, or a written process review — so nothing is left only to memory.
Ongoing follow-up welcome
Participants are welcome to get in touch after their session with clarifying questions. We would rather someone asks twice than remain confused about their next step.
Our Context & Expertise
Pension documentation support in Thailand
Thailand has an ageing population, and many older adults find themselves managing significant volumes of paperwork related to their retirement years — documents from former employers, social security offices, and private savings providers. Understanding what each document is, how it fits into the broader picture, and how to organise it into a workable personal file is something that few people are naturally prepared for.
Longview operates in this space with a clear and honest focus: we provide general education and document organisation support. Our sessions are designed for people who are not comfortable with complex administrative language, who may be managing this process on behalf of an older relative, or who simply want to feel more confident and prepared when dealing with relevant offices and providers on their own terms.
Our work is grounded in adult learning principles. We understand that older adults often need material presented differently from the way it is presented to working-age audiences — more slowly, more visually, with greater opportunity to ask questions and revisit concepts. That understanding shapes every session we offer, from the First-Steps Orientation to the small-group workshop format.
For organisations — care homes, community centres, HR departments, and social services providers — the Provider Process Advisory helps teams build calmer, more considerate internal processes around how they handle clients' pension-related documents. This is operational and educational work, not regulated advice, and it focuses on practical improvements that benefit the people those organisations serve.
